Quoting the Cambridge Dictionary online: “Dealing with or treating the whole of something or someone and not just a part”.
One of the way to having a holistic lifestyle definitely starts at home. A good way is to practice mindfulness. Creating a space that is able to keep your mind focus yet away from the distracting world. Mindfulness also refers to the awareness of surrounding yet staying calm.
